With an anticipated crowd of 10,000 - 15,000 residents, businesses, corporate clients, and VIPs, Soapbox 2025 offers the perfect opportunity to launch something new, expand your business, or connect with the local community.
Our designated 'BSB Race Marker' will feature a variety of stalls, from local independent businesses. As a community-driven event, we’re eager to showcase the positive stories of our local entrepreneurs and residents. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this exciting day — pre-book your stall today! We are asking for a £50 donation for your stall
Terms and Conditions:
- Setup is available from 7:00 am on the day of the event (Access gate closes at 8:00am)
- Pitches are set at 3x3m - If you require more space, please book additional pitches
- Pitch numbers are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
- Water and Electric are NOT

Stalls will be allocated spaces in the Guadaloupe Car Park, High Street, Bordon, GU35 0AU
Stallholders must meet the following requirements:
- Licenses: Ensure you hold the necessary licenses or permits to sell your products or services, such as those required for food or alcohol.
- Certification: Depending on your offerings, you may need certifications (e.g., food safety, product quality) to comply with industry standards.
- Liability Insurance: All stallholders must have liability insurance to protect against potential claims or damages resulting from your business activities.
- A refuse and rubbish solution must be attached to your stall for you to manage your own litter.
These guidelines help ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable event for all participants and attendees.
